These General Conditions, are subject to and shall be governed in accordance with the provisions of the laws of Spain, in particular the Law 7/1998 of April 13, 1998, on General Conditions of Contract, Law 3/2014 of March 27, amending the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, the RGPD (EU Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016), Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights and other legal regulations in force on the matter, Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade and Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
The purchase system is subject to the legislation in force in Spain, therefore, the sales operations shall be understood to be carried out at the domicile of LA TIENDA DE LA BODEGA, S.L. Calle López Ferreiro, Número 32, 2ºA, 15702 Santiago de Compostela (Spain).
The products offered through LA TIENDA DE LA BODEGA online store are only distributed in Spain.
Likewise, legal entities or professionals with an intra-Community VAT number who wish to purchase any of the products presented on this website should contact LA TIENDA DE LA BODEGA, at the e-mail address ramon.blanco@castrobrey.com, and will be offered other options to make the desired purchase.
The items you wish to purchase must be selected and added to the shopping cart by clicking on the corresponding icon.
The shopping cart will contain the reference of the selected item, the number of units and the price in Euros. The price expressed is inclusive of taxes, but excluding shipping costs as rates vary.
Your billing and shipping information will appear on the screen, according to the data you have entered when registering as a user or at the time of purchase, and you can modify such data.
Once the purchase order has been completed and before the order is shipped, a summary will be presented identifying the items purchased, their total price (including taxes and shipping costs) and the billing and shipping information. The order must be confirmed by clicking on the button “I have read and accept the general conditions of sale and the privacy policy”.
Purchases will be paid according to the “Accepted means of payment”.
Once the transaction has been confirmed, the order number will be communicated through the website.
A message will also be sent by e-mail, with a description of the order and the personal data that have been communicated.
If at the time of the issuance of the order, we detect that there is no stock of any of the products included in it, the customer will be notified immediately. Also, the amount charged for that product will be credited within a few days.
For the payment of items purchased through the Online Store LA TIENDA DE LA BODEGA will only accept payments according to the “Accepted Means of Payment”.
The charge will be made on-line, that is to say, in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial entity, once it has been verified that the data provided are correct. In order to provide maximum security to the payment system, secure payment systems of leading financial institutions in electronic commerce are used. In this sense, the confidential payment data are transmitted directly and in encrypted form to the corresponding financial entity.
The transport of items purchased at LA TIENDA DE LA BODEGA Virtual Store will be carried out by a courier company and will be delivered within approximately 3 to 7 working days from the order confirmation. Any order placed after 12:00 noon will be considered as processed the next working day.
The price of shipping is calculated based on the destination, the items purchased, their weight, and the packaging used for shipping. The exact shipping price will be calculated when each item is included in the shopping cart and will appear on the page summarizing the purchase before the order confirmation and before entering the credit or debit card information. You can consult the rates that will be applied in each case in the following table:

In accordance with Law 3/2014, of 27 March, as a consumer you have the right to cancel or waive the purchase made during a period of fourteen (14) working days with the only direct cost resulting from the return of the product. In this case, LA TIENDA DE LA BODEGA, S.L. will proceed to refund the amount charged.
Circumstances that may trigger a refund are as follows:
Original defective product: once we receive the defective product, we will send you another one. In this case the exchange will always be made for the same article or reference. You will only be billed for the first shipment, and LA TIENDA DE LA BODEGA will be responsible for the return and new shipment costs.
Product that, by mistake, does not correspond to the one ordered: LA TIENDA DE LA BODEGA will bear the costs of returning the wrong product and will send the product corresponding to the one ordered.
Return conditions:
LA TIENDA DE LA BODEGA will make exchanges or refunds provided that the following circumstances are met:
Prior notice must be given to LA TIENDA DE LA BODEGA: This step is essential whatever the reason for the return. You can do it by sending us an email to ramon.blanco@castrobrey.com or by calling us by phone at 606 08 23 30. Our opening hours are from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday to Friday.
The products keep their original seal intact: No returns of unsealed items will be accepted in the case of wines and alcoholic beverages.
The item to be returned must be properly packaged for return.
The packaging must be in perfect condition and keep all its accessories in order to be returned.

The cash refund will be made with the same means of payment used to pay for the order.
IMPORTANT: LA TIENDA DE LA BODEGA will not refund the amount or make any reshipment of goods until we have verified the receipt and condition of packaging and accessories of the item being returned or exchanged in our warehouses. The price to be refunded is the price originally stated in the order.
To make your purchases, you must register your personal data and choose a password that will allow you to access all those areas that require prior identification. This will prevent you from having to fill them in again in the future. At the time you register on our server or place an order, your personal data, address, and those relating to your payment method, are incorporated into our database, used only to process the order and to send information about offers and services that may be of interest.
In accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 and other current legislation on the subject, your personal data will be processed by LA TIENDA DE LA BODEGA, S.L. for the provision of contractual services, commercial management, billing and claims and incidents. No data will be communicated to third parties except to ADEGAS CASTROBREY, S.L. and by legal obligation. Fulfilled the provision, your data will be stored, properly blocked. By accepting these Conditions, the user expressly consents to the transfer or communication of his/her personal data to third party companies so that these companies may process his/her personal data in order to guarantee the continuity of the services offered by LA TIENDA DE LA BODEGA and to monitor the correct functioning of the website.
Business transactions are conducted in a secure server environment and all communications are transmitted encrypted under encryption.
The sale of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age is prohibited.
