The items you wish to purchase must be selected and added to the shopping cart by clicking on the corresponding icon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The shopping cart will contain the reference of the selected item, the number of units and the price in Euros. The price expressed is inclusive of taxes, but excluding shipping costs as rates vary. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Your billing and shipping information will appear on the screen, according to the data you have entered when registering as a user or at the time of purchase, and you can modify such data.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

6.3. Order Confirmation and Payment<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Once the purchase order has been completed and before the order is shipped, a summary will be presented identifying the items purchased, their total price (including taxes and shipping costs) and the billing and shipping information. The order must be confirmed by clicking on the button “I have read and accept the general conditions of sale and the privacy policy”. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Purchases will be paid according to the “Accepted means of payment”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once the transaction has been confirmed, the order number will be communicated through the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A message will also be sent by e-mail, with a description of the order and the personal data that have been communicated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If at the time of the issuance of the order, we detect that there is no stock of any of the products included in it, the customer will be notified immediately. Also, the amount charged for that product will be credited within a few days. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

For the payment of items purchased through the Online Store LA TIENDA DE LA BODEGA will only accept payments according to the “Accepted Means of Payment”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The charge will be made on-line, that is to say, in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial entity, once it has been verified that the data provided are correct. In order to provide maximum security to the payment system, secure payment systems of leading financial institutions in electronic commerce are used. 8. Delivery times and shipping costs<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The transport of items purchased at LA TIENDA DE LA BODEGA Virtual Store will be carried out by a courier company and will be delivered within approximately 3 to 7 working days from the order confirmation. Any order placed after 12:00 noon will be considered as processed the next working day.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The price of shipping is calculated based on the destination, the items purchased, their weight, and the packaging used for shipping. The exact shipping price will be calculated when each item is included in the shopping cart and will appear on the page summarizing the purchase before the order confirmation and before entering the credit or debit card information. 9. Returns<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/div>\n\n\n\n

If you are not satisfied, you can return your purchases through the mail ramon.blanco@castrobrey.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In accordance with Law 3\/2014, of 27 March, as a consumer you have the right to cancel or waive the purchase made during a period of fourteen (14) working days with the only direct cost resulting from the return of the product. In this case, LA TIENDA DE LA BODEGA, S.L. will proceed to refund the amount charged. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Circumstances that may trigger a refund are as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Original defective product: once we receive the defective product, we will send you another one. In this case the exchange will always be made for the same article or reference. You will only be billed for the first shipment, and LA TIENDA DE LA BODEGA will be responsible for the return and new shipment costs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Product that, by mistake, does not correspond to the one ordered: LA TIENDA DE LA BODEGA will bear the costs of returning the wrong product and will send the product corresponding to the one ordered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Return conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

LA TIENDA DE LA BODEGA will make exchanges or refunds provided that the following circumstances are met:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prior notice must be given to LA TIENDA DE LA BODEGA: This step is essential whatever the reason for the return. You can do it by sending us an email to ramon.blanco@castrobrey.com<\/a> or by calling us by phone at 606 08 23 30.<\/a> Our opening hours are from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday to Friday. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The products keep their original seal intact: No returns of unsealed items will be accepted in the case of wines and alcoholic beverages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The item to be returned must be properly packaged for return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The packaging must be in perfect condition and keep all its accessories in order to be returned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The return of the article has to be made by courier to the following address: Adegas Castrobrey S.L. Camanzo, s\/n. 36587 Vila de Cruces (Pontevedra)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cash refund will be made with the same means of payment used to pay for the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


IMPORTANT<\/strong>: LA TIENDA DE LA BODEGA will not refund the amount or make any reshipment of goods until we have verified the receipt and condition of packaging and accessories of the item being returned or exchanged in our warehouses. The price to be refunded is the price originally stated in the order. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
