ELABORATION
It is the result of the artisanal production and the most advanced techniques of controlled fermentation in stainless steel. The special selection SIN PALABRAS castro valdés went to the market for the first time to celebrate the 25th. Anniversary of the winery in 2008. During the harvest, a careful selection is made from the oldest stocks from the highest area of the land with little depth and granitic base. The production of the hectares selected for albariño SIN PALABRAS has been reduced, getting less quantity than the allowed by our D.O. Rías Baixas. A late bottling is made, keeping it in stainless steel. With this process, the wine can be enjoyed along the time and all this noble variety features can be tasted.
