ELABORATION
A refreshing wine that perfectly assembles those grapes authorized by the D.O. Rías Baixas from our own vines and short production. Through the criomaceration of the de-stemmed grapes and the fermentation at low temperatures we keep the scents and tastes of these varieties. The perfect blending of these grapes makes it different, full of hues that will greatly surprise. TASTING Appearance: Pale yellow, slightly greenish, brilliant and clean. Nose: Very strong white fruit and citric scent, with mineral and floral reminds, but elegant and pure. Taste: Wide wine, tasty in the mouth, scented and with a well balanced acidity in its whole. FOOD AND WINE Seafood, vegetables, rice, Oriental style meals and spicy food. |
